Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to jeat7 (referred to throughout this document as "jeat7", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and jeat7 governing your use of the jeat7 platform, including all betting services, live casino games, slot games, arcade games, promotional offers, and any other features made available at jeat7.io.

By accessing jeat7, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jeat7 platform. Your continued use of jeat7 following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jeat7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jeat7 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Access to jeat7 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jeat7 operates a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are not prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from jeat7 or any other online gambling platform for reasons relating to fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or repeated violation of platform rules.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

In the event that jeat7 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, jeat7 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed since registration, and return any net deposits made to the payment method used for deposits. jeat7 reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to the relevant authorities.

To access the full range of jeat7 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on jeat7. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. jeat7 uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jeat7 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you, regardless of whether it was actually carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeat7 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

jeat7 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation such as a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Accounts that cannot be verified to jeat7's satisfaction may be suspended until verification is completed.

jeat7 supports a wide range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer for Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on jeat7 is ৳500 BDT. Deposits made via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jeat7 account within seconds under normal operating conditions. jeat7 does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are separate and not within jeat7's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing schedule of your bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with jeat7 support.

All transactions on jeat7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). jeat7 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any funds deposited to jeat7 that cannot be attributed to a verified payment method may be subject to a hold pending investigation.

jeat7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, jeat7 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

jeat7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market.

All bonuses issued by jeat7 are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will specify a wagering requirement (also known as a rollover requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds will expire after this period.
• Bonuses may be subject to minimum odds requirements. Bets placed at odds below the minimum specified in a promotion will not count toward wagering requirements.
• jeat7 reserves the right to specify which games and betting markets contribute toward wagering requirements. Not all games contribute equally — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, device, IP address, email address, phone number, and payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to wagering requirements being met.

jeat7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus prior to its modification will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time of claiming.

All bets placed on jeat7 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market or game type.

Cricket betting: jeat7 offers cricket betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In-play markets are available for major matches. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, settlement will follow the official result. Bets that have been fully matched and settled prior to an abandonment will stand.

Live casino games: Live dealer games hosted on jeat7 — powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live — are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface. The decisions of the live dealer and the game software are final. jeat7 is not responsible for errors in the game software operated by third-party providers; in such cases, jeat7 will work with the provider to resolve the matter in accordance with the provider's dispute resolution procedures.

Slot games: All slot games on jeat7 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous spins. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available within the game's information panel.

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each market and game are displayed within the relevant betting interface. jeat7 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or series of bets placed by a single player within a defined period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeat7 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on jeat7.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Using jeat7 to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated betting bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or live dealer environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, manifest odds mistakes, or system glitches knowingly to place bets at incorrect odds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-knowledge betting in violation of the integrity standards of the relevant sporting body.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including running a betting agency, syndicate, or staking service on behalf of third parties.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform that you are not authorised to access, including attempting to bypass security controls.

jeat7 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation of the activities listed above. jeat7 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending the outcome of any such investigation.

All content on the jeat7 platform — including but not limited to the jeat7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and any other original works — is the intellectual property of jeat7 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeat7 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jeat7 content; use any jeat7 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner without prior written consent; scrape, crawl, or extract data from the jeat7 platform using automated tools; or sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any aspect of the jeat7 platform or its content.

Game content made available through jeat7 — including slot games, live casino games, and arcade titles — is licensed to jeat7 by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. All intellectual property rights in these games remain with their respective owners.

jeat7 takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by the jeat7 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document.

By registering on jeat7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data provided during registration, payment processing data, betting activity data, and technical data such as IP address, device type, and browser information collected automatically during your sessions on the Platform.

jeat7 implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all sessions and uses industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. jeat7 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeat7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jeat7's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party game software, data feeds, or sporting results data.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for any purpose other than placing bets within the Platform itself.
• Losses arising from gambling activity — jeat7 is an entertainment platform; outcomes are not guaranteed and players accept the inherent risk of losing staked funds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jeat7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

jeat7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

You may close your jeat7 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds not yet converted through wagering) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. jeat7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jeat7 will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jeat7 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
